Our story

We're all stuck being
our own data scientists.

The apps don't talk to each other, so we stitch it together by hand every morning. Enva is what one of us built to end that.

How it started

Health is holistic. The tools aren't.

Your training, your sleep, your nutrition and your blood work each live in a different app. Every one holds a real piece of the picture. Not one of them holds all of it.

Your bike knows your output. The studio knows your splat points. Apple Health knows your HRV. The strength plan is one you found on Reddit and the weights you lifted are typed into a note. Nothing talks to anything.

Six screenshots from one morning's training, spread out: an Apple Fitness HIIT summary, an Orangetheory workout, a hand-typed note of the strength sets and weights, a Reddit post with the class format, a Peloton output view, and an Apple Health HRV graph
One workout. Data in three apps, the plan on Reddit, the weights in a note.

So Marcus took those screenshots every morning, built his own templates, and fed all of it into a chatbot just to force the numbers to talk. The answers were genuinely useful. The process was miserable.

The data existed. The insight didn't. No single tool could tell me how these things were actually affecting each other.

There had to be a better way to turn all those separate inputs into one coherent read, without doing the assembly by hand. That is exactly what Enva became.

What changed

The assembly happens on its own now.

Enva connects directly to each source, keeps the detail the others flatten, and reads it all together. It answers four questions in one system, from what happened last night to what your data says about how you're aging: your Sleep Score, your Recovery, your Enva Health Score for the week, and your Biological Age over time.

The intelligence runs through all of it. It knows your goals, your recent training zones and your lab values, and it connects them, the way you used to try to do by pasting screenshots into a chat window.

The promise

You own your data.

Health data is too often mined, aggregated and sold. Enva rejects that model. Summaries and scores are computed on your device. When deeper analysis has to leave your phone, it goes to an enterprise-secure model, never used to train anything, never sold.

And it's yours to take or to erase. Export the whole thing as a spreadsheet, one sheet per dataset, or wipe every session, account and setting off the device for good.

An Export All Data control that produces a single .xlsx file with one sheet per dataset: sessions, cardio blocks, strength, body composition, sleep, blood work and supplements
Export everything
A Delete All Data control that permanently removes all health data, sessions, connected accounts and settings from the device
Or delete everything

From the founder

Cheers,

I built Enva because I was the person taking screenshots every morning, pasting data into AI tools just to understand my own body. The frustration was never that the data didn't exist. It was that no one had built the thing that made it make sense together.

Enva is that thing. It's for the person who knows what ApoB means and wants it in the same view as their VO₂ Max trend. It's for the Orangetheory member who wants more than splat points. And it's for anyone who has ever stood at the start of a fitness journey wishing someone would just show them where to begin.

Whatever brought you here, I built this for you.
