$12.99 a month, or $89.99 a year, which works out to about $7.50 a month. Every new subscriber gets a 7-day free trial on whichever plan they pick, so you can use the full app before paying anything. One trial per customer.
Enva is currently in development. Join the waitlist to be notified the moment we launch on the App Store.
At launch, Enva connects with Apple Watch, Peloton, Orangetheory, and MyChart. Oura Ring, Whoop, Garmin, and Fitbit are coming soon. We build direct connections to each ecosystem so you get the full, unflattened data, not just what Apple Health captures.
Yes. Start from a curated template, build your own from scratch, or hand Enva Intelligence the equipment you have, the time you have and the goal you're chasing, and it writes the session for you, rounds and reps included. Every workout you build also runs on Apple Watch, so you can do it and record it without going back to your phone. See the Fitness page.
Yes. Set a target time and a date for a HYROX® race, a DEKA event, a Dri-Tri, an Orangetheory benchmark, or any goal with a finish line, and Enva reorganizes your training around it: a projection, the single biggest limiter, a plan by phase, and sessions built for exactly what you're missing. See the Hyrox Training page. HYROX® is a registered trademark of HYROX GmbH. Enva is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by HYROX.
Yes. Most of Enva's processing happens on your device: your Health Score, Biological Age, and recovery trends are all computed on your phone. When deeper AI coaching has to run off-device, it uses an enterprise-secure model that cannot use your data for training. We never sell your data. Read the full Privacy Policy.
Both, any time, from Settings. Export All Data produces a single spreadsheet, one sheet per dataset: sessions, cardio, strength, body composition, sleep, blood work, and supplements. Delete All Data permanently removes every session, connected account, and setting from your device. It cannot be undone, and it never touches the data Apple Health holds. See About for what this looks like.
A weighted estimate of how your body is functioning, independent of your chronological age. Enva builds it from five domains: Cardiovascular Fitness (30%), Recovery Capacity (20%), Activity Profile (20%), Body Composition (15%), and Biomarker Health (15%). A domain you haven't connected yet is left out and the rest are reweighted to compensate, so you're never penalized for data you don't have yet. See Biological Age for the full methodology.
Apple Health flattens workout data. It knows you did a "cycling" workout, but not your Peloton output, resistance, cadence, or leaderboard rank. It doesn't capture Orangetheory splat points, treadmill pace, or rower 500m averages, the metrics that actually tell you whether you're improving. Direct connections give Enva the enriched data each platform captures natively.
No. Enva is a functional model built from your physiology, training, and blood chemistry, not a diagnostic tool or an epigenetic clock. A biomarker outside its reference range is a reason to talk to a clinician, not a conclusion. Nothing in the app should be treated as medical advice.
